Jeanne Lawson, Administrative Assistant

Jeanne LawsonJeanne Lawson joined Diccianni Financial Group with an extensive financial background. She began her career at PSFS and was twice awarded the coveted Circle of Merit Award for creating and conducting training programs, identifying and providing exceptional service for individual client needs. She also coached banking personnel on client interaction skills and how to identify and match products and services to customer needs. Jeanne later worked for the Resolution Trust Corporation as a Settlement Specialist, working with acquiring banks on the transfer of accounts and property.

During time off from career to raise her family, Jeanne worked part-time in her local school district, providing one on one early intervention reading support for first grade aged children. She also used this time to write a young adults children's novel which she dreams of publishing one day. Jeanne returned to the financial field as an assistant to Cindy Diccianni, and serves as the in-house notary, as well as assisting Cindy in the facillitation of office and client duties. Jeanne is currently preparing for her series 63, and 6 designations which will enable her to expand her role assisting Cindy with security transactions for clients.

Jeanne and her husband Don have been married for 19 years and have three children. Jade and Luc are Varsity water polo athletes and competitive swimmers. Their youngest daughter, Victoria, plays for her high school volleyball and lacrosse team. Jeanne's dog Ernie is often seen running through the house with a mouthful of money and is credited for teaching Jeanne's family the value of protecting your hard earned cash.

Connell Curcio, Tax Preparation & Accounting

Connell Curcio is a seasoned, hands-on accounting and business professional who brings his 29 years of experience to Diccianni Financial Group. Connell is on site seasonally during peak tax filing times and as-needed to serve the tax preparation and accounting needs of clients. He works collaboratively with all members of the Diccianni Financial Group team to ensure a seamless and consistent tax preparation and filing experience for our clients.

Connell comes to the team having held managerial and supervisory roles with high-dollar financial responsibilities in several large corporations and medical centers in the Philadelphia area over the past ten years. He has worked directly with agent/brokers and managed critical accounting functions, such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll preparation for geographically diverse organizations with complex reporting requirements.

Currently, Connell lives in Harleysville with his wife Ellen and youngest son Matt. His oldest daughter Maureen is a teacher at Perkiomen Valley School; his sons Dan and Tim are both students at Penn State University.
