Cindy has been fortunate enough to enjoy a satisfying career as an operating room nurse for over 25 years. As a nurse she has always known how short life can be, and her passion for helping her patients has been the same passion that she has for her financial advisory clients. Her goal is to enhance her client’s lives so they can enjoy financial independence and obtain their dreams.

Cindy is a Registered Representative, Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and Certified in Long Term Care. She is also one of 5000 people nationally, who have achieved the Certified Senior Advisor status. She is the founder of Diccianni Financial Group, Inc. and is affiliated with Leigh Baldwin & Company.
Currently Cindy is in the process of completing her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation at the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. The ChFC designation is an eight part advanced financial planning designation which covers all of the elements of financial planning

Cindy is dedicated to inspiring people to become interested and excited about creating financial independence. In addition, she often speaks at local churches, schools and professional organizations.

Cindy and her husband Dan have been married since 1985. She enjoys being with her son, Christopher, spending time at the beach, sailing and golfing.
